The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a professional association and think tank advancing the science of strategic talent management, today opened registration for its Government Talent Management Summit, the nation's premier leadership event for government human capital and personnel leaders and teams, in Reston, Virginia, September 21 to 23, 2009.
Created exclusively for federal organizations, the Summit will convene human capital professionals who are transforming talent management for three days of knowledge sharing and networking.
