(Chicago, IL, PRWEB, Feb 11, 2009) Poll results from a recent webinar conducted by Lightspeed Research-The Foresight Group
reveal a disconnect between the impact generational differences are
having on organizations and the development of an approach to
effectively address such differences. The Foresight Group surveyed HR
professionals attending the one-hour webinar, "Workplace Generations:
Manage People Versus Generations," on January 28, 2009.
According to the poll, 98 percent of respondents believe generational
differences impact their organizations, yet only 10 percent of those
same respondents have a strategy or program in place within their
organizations for meeting the specific needs of each generation. For 81
percent of respondents, a strategy or program is not even in the
process of being developed.
