Highlands Ranch, CO (PRWEB) April 8, 2009 -- Intellect and functional skills are clearly important in the workplace. However, research shows that emotional intelligence (EQ) is an even more important factor in effective leadership and high performance. TRACOM will present the results of the study during a webinar titled “Emotional Intelligence: What’s New, What’s True – Improving EQ with Behavioral Style.” The webinar will be broadcast live on Wednesday, April 29 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
