Technology is great. As I'm blogging this, Brian Lambert, author of the new book "World Class Selling" is in the midst of a "Radio Media Tour" to promote his book.  So far he has talked to reporters in Washington, D.C., Seattle, Houston, Sacramento, Western PA, Georgia and Tennesse.
